Video #265: New Holland Brewing (and Dirty Water Beer!)

As the BEERmuda Triangle Tour progressed last summer, we shifted from the first "point" (Greater Detroit) to the second (Western Michigan) with this particular stop. Introducing some of our favorite Michigan Brewers, the good folk of New Holland Brewing; and at the event that evening at Bagger Dave's in Holland, MI, also a fundraiser for DirtyWaterBeer.org!

Video #269: The BEERmuda Triangle at Arbor Brewing, and Ann Arbor!

Working their way across the State of Michigan, the Guys make a stop in the home of the Champions of the West in Ann Arbor, and also hang out with Matt and Rene Greff of Arbor Brewing. They also explore a new event technique of bringing out all the burgers at once. Yes, ALL THE BURGERS. Enjoy!

Video #268: The BEERmuda Triangle - Atwater Brewing and Shelby Township.

Still on the first point of the Triangle in the Greater Detroit Area, Mark, Jimmy, Joe and AJ stop in to one of the grandaddies of Detroit brewing, the Atwater Brewery.  Then, a trip up the road to pair their terrific beers with burgers at the Bagger Daves Shelby location.  Cheers!

Video #267, BEERmuda Triangle: Downtown Detroit and Short's Brewing!

Mark, Jimmy, Joe and AJ spent a blissful 2 months this summer traveling Michigan and Indiana partnered up with Bagger Dave's Legendary Burger Tavern on the BEERmuda Triangle Tour - 10 stops, 10 Bagger Dave's locations, and 10 Craft Breweries.  Here's our stop at their new Downtown Detroit location, and another trip to Bellaire, Michigan to check out Short's Brewing. Woohoo!

Barrier knows no bounds.

Hey Nation! Squigs here.  Had the pleasure of dropping in on our pals at Alewife NYC for their epic Barrier Brewing tap takeover.  If you're not familiar with Barrier, you can get the lowdown via our video feature from earlier this year.  (Click here!)  They were hit hard by Hurricane Sandy, but as you can see, they are back, stronger than ever.

Warbucks and Money.

The tap takeover tonight featured 30 (or 31) unique brews, all wonderful examples of an incredibly diverse range of styles.  My time was limited, dadblurmit!  But I decided I was in the mood for hops.  I so loved the Hop Cone Jones wet hop saison (wow), the good ol' standby Money IPA (WOW), and the Daddy Mother F(lippin') Warbucks double IPA on cask (DOUBLE WOW)!  And everything else sounded fantastic as well.  I really need to get back to the amazing Alewife very soon.  (See our feature on them here.)

Rock on Barrier!  You're doing great.
