Earlier this year, while going thru some 'classic' footage, Mark said to Jimmy, "Hey - whatever happened to that really great stuff we got in the finger lakes when we visited Damiani Wine Cellars?" A spelunking adventure ensued, and Jimmy recovered this event, which we must share. As we've said in the past, it's always good to be a The Happy Hour Guy, but some days IT'S EVEN BETTER. Enjoy this episode, right out of the tank and barrel. CHEERS!
Video #298: Bordeaux in Pennsylvania. Yup.
The vintner's world is one that is not as familiar to us as others, but sometimes, even on the East Coast, we wander into some pretty spectacular wine territory. This particular gem is in, of all places, Manheim, Pennsylvania, where the climate and soil happen to be a closer match to those of Bordeaux, France, than nearly any other place in the world. Who knew? Press play and check out some images from the grape harvest days at Waltz Vineyard, where the Waltz's care for their Estate is plain to see, and the harvest crew includes some local Amish folk. Cheers!

Video episode #198: Wine tasting with Amy at Damiani Winery.
Mark, Jimmy and the whole crew make a stop to do some wine tasting at this gem in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY. Find out what they bet on, and how beautifully it's paying off. Cheers!
Video episode #146: Vesta Wine Bar!
The Guys make a stop off at this VERY cool new place on 21st street in Astoria, New York. Vesta is generating buzz on many levels, from getting reviews listing the food as some of the best in the borough to serving local wines... ON TAP. Oh, and they get much of their produce from a 1 acre Organic roof garden in Queens, and feature a veggie farm stand on saturdays! How cool is that? Enjoy!
Video episode #130: Ballooning and Champagne. Tough work.
The Guys take advantage of an incredibly beautiful morning in Steamboat Colorado to join the Steamboat Springs Balloon Rodeo. ; Whilst riding in the Big Top Balloon (piloted by John T. Seay with Crew Chief Robin Heppler) they are introduced to the history of ballooning and its long connection with good French Champagne, as well as one of the prettiest views theyve ever seen.
Video #82: Mind the Gap at Twin Brook Winery!
The Guys pay a visit to central Pennsylvania's wine country and get a behind the scenes look at the Twin Brook Winery. Situated amidst rolling farmlands and housed in a 19th century barn, Twin Brook is producing some excellent wines in a family friendly setting.
