Mark, the historian, here on assignment in Ithaca, NY. The Finger Lakes region is filled with natural beauty- parks, lakes, waterfalls, trails. The locals really appreciate what mother nature has given them and consider themselves stewards of their area. Part of that stewardship is an attention to being green and consuming locally. That extends to their local craft beverages, of which there are many. The Ithaca Beer Co. Is the 43rd largest in the US.
