It is SO GOOD TO BE BACK. We know we’re still in this crazy ‘COVID dance’ these days, but the Opening Bash of NYC Beer Week started as a nice hello or two and ended as a true reunion. New York City breweries are killing it in a big way these days, and drinking local in NYC has never been more important. Click on to see some a few old friends that we were so happy to spend a few moments with. Cheers!
Manhattan's Brewery: Torch and Crown!
Join Mark and Jimmy as they REJOICE: There's a production brewery in Manhattan once again! Torch and Crown is a short subway ride from just about anywhere (okay Staten Island, we hear you) and it's truly fantastic. And they're brewing the Curtain Up Beer to boot!
And speaking of the Curtain Up Beer, Torch and Crown has just released their version, and we’ll be heading there for a super fun Happy Hour on Monday September 29th. 5-8pm, with lots of super deals and fun. Who’s coming? We’ll be there and the cameras will be rolling!

Looking back on- NEVER MIND, let's look forward to 2021!
Our THIRTEENTH (yup, of course that's the number, because 2020!) Year End Episode looks back at how we approached, then navigated lockdown, and most importantly, how came to the realization that the Curtain Up Beer was THE way to finish the Broadway Six Pack, and take us in to 2021. Cheers!
Lets look back on:

COVID Convo #3: Gun Hill Brewing.
Time to start checking in on some of our favorite breweries, to see how they're handling the fallout from the COVID19 pandemic. Dave Lopez, co-Owner of Gun Hill Brewing in the Bronx, takes some zoom time away from his newborn daughter Darcy to answer our questions. And, Jimmy gets a beer delivery! Join us.
The Happy Hour Guys look back on 2019 (and Mad Princes)!
Our yearly tradition continues with an added bonus, a visit to Pennsylvania’s Mad Princes Brewing!
Once again, we celebrate where we’ve been in the vast landscape of American Craft. What we’ve seen, what we’ve sampled, and most importantly, the people we’ve met. What a year for us, with visits to states across the Union:
We also managed to accomplish the FIFTH beer in the Broadway Brews Project, a collaboration with Come From Away and Five Boroughs Brewing, to benefit the wonderful folks at Tuesday’s Children. Now streaming on the STAGE NETWORK!
2019 was a fantastic year, and 2020 looks incredibly exciting, with Mark winging his way across the USA on a National Tour, and Jimmy holding down the fort on the Eastern Seaboard. Can’t wait. Enjoy our lookback on a wonderful year.
