Well, we can now say that we've been in this business long enough to make return visits - The Guys swing back up to Aspen and spend some time with Brad, Duncan, Rory and Terry at Aspen Brewery. Last year? 3 brews on tap. This year? 7 full-time beers, more on the way, and well over 50% growth (100% anyone?). Very exciting things are happening at 557 N. The Guys make a trip across the galaxy (or maybe just across the valley) to visit this nexxus of counter-culture coolness near Aspen, Colorado. Not only does the Tavern boast a long list of dignitaries that have wandered under it's Flying Pig laden ceilings, the place boasts great drinks (local brews and fantastic margaritas) and the food is top notch and sourced locally whenever possible. The history is there as well - tacked, stapled and glued to the walls wherever possible. Throw in an alien abduction, and well, trust us folks - the Woody Creek Tavern may just be the universe's idea of the perfect bar.
